Dr. Carbonero is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Washington State University and the Team Leader of the Human Health & Nutrition Team.
Jagrani is a postdoctoral research associate working in the Nutrition and Gut Microbiome Lab at WSU. She is working to determine the link between grain samples and gut microbiome, their metabolites, and overall gut health.
Ahhria is a PhD student at WSU working with Dr. Franck Carbonero. She is focusing on cranberries and how they affect the human microbiome and metabolites while profiling project buckwheat varieties.
Devin is a graduate student at WSU working with Dr. Franck Carbonero in the gut microbiome lab. He is conducting in vitro experiments to illuminate the effects of food processing methods on gut bacterial compositions.
